an uplifting energy

From the outside, BLACKOUT PROBLEMS career looks like a textbook success story. Four albums in eight years, each climbing higher in the charts. Ever bigger stages on the touring circuit. Moving up the festival bills year after year. The Munich band have even pulled off something most German bands struggle to achieve: building a steadily growing fanbase abroad. Everything’s perfect, then. Right?

Of course, that’s only half the story. Real life is tough, and it never tires of throwing a spanner in the works. The band knows all about it, and now they’re putting it into songs. They’ve lived it.
BLACKOUT PROBLEMS have never sounded this unguarded, this close to who they really are.

HEAL, the band’s fifth studio album, is out on 9 April 2027. It tells the story of a period when both their personal lives and the world around them gave Mario Radetzky, Marcus Schwarzbach and Moritz Hammrich every reason to give up hope for good. Sometimes everything you have to get through just becomes too much. They’ve poured all that disillusionment, hurt and relentless pressure into songs that flicker like small fires, even when the rain outside won’t let up. These songs glow, wrapping the weight at their core in an uplifting energy until they become a catalyst for healing..

Tickets for the European HEAL tour are on sale now through all the usual ticket outlets.
The album is also available to pre-order through the online shop of their own label, MUNICH WAREHOUSE, even though not a single note has been released yet.

Doesn’t it feel good to take a leap of faith again?
